Terms of Use

OurCampus360.com, OC360, has developed a series of requirements and guidelines known as the Terms of Use. The following terms are subject to change without notice.

Eligibility
Users must be 18 years of age and of the ability to make independent decisions in order to participate on the OC360 website. The free service is exclusively for adults and OC360 business partners, known as Users and Biz Users, respectively. OC360 holds the right to revoke User rights and subscription if the minimum age requirement is not met.

Registration Information
All information provided for the purpose of registration must be accurate and current. Users must maintain their registered information by updating all changes as they occur. The information required for use includes First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Password. It is the User's responsibility to keep their Password private and secure. The personal profile will display the User's registered name to other Users.

Usage
Potential users are prohibited from registering for, or in the place of, anyone besides themselves. This bars all attempts at false identity of person or party. Poor behavior, as seen by the OC360 staff, will result in immediate User suspension or termination. Poor behavior is activity that violates others through harmful, vulgar, obscene, infringing, and illegal activity. Obscene usage is typically defined by the Maxim standard. If it wouldn't appear in that magazine, it is not welcome on the OC360 site. That standard applies to all aspects of the site, including the profile pages and forums. Obscene language or postings are likely to be edited or removed without notice and could lead to suspension or termination. The Forums section is designed to benefit Users socially and scholastically. The forum pages will be monitored to ensure that the User benefits are maintained. Any poor behavior on the forum pages will also result in suspension or termination. The User is solely responsible for all information that is posted or uploaded on their account or on behalf of their account, including all formats and styles of information and media. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated. Information should be entered and displayed at the User's risk.

No commercial usage is allowed, except for authorized Biz Users that have written permission by the Company to operate on the site. The Company does not allow unapproved soliciting or other commercial activity, including but not limited to marketing, data harvesting, SPAM mail, pyramid schemes, and transmission of harmful material.

The OC360 website may also include links to other sites. These links are provided for your convenience. They do not signify that we indorse the website. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website. Also you may not create a link to this website from another site or document without prior written consent from the OC360 staff.

Events
Events posted on the site are done so by the Users, Biz Users, and Student Orgs and are independent from the OC360. OC360 cannot be held responsible for any Event outcomes. OC360 does not condone underage drinking and believes the Users should act responsibly.

Protection
Website content, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, software, music, sound and other files are the property of OC 360, the Users, or licensors with all rights reserved. OC360 has trademarks on the names and designs associated with the website. Any act, as seen by OC360, that violates or infringes upon these articles is subject to User account termination and legal action.

OC360 will not be held responsible for anything beyond the website or the Company's ownership. All links away from the website do not represent the intentions or beliefs of OC360 and should be used at the User's own risk.

The site, the service and the site content are provided “AS-IS.” OC360 does not promise any specific results from use of the site and/or the services. OC360 does not represent or warrant that content or materials on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, or current. The User must exercise caution because it is not guaranteed that the site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

All attempts to provide useful information by OC360 should be used with caution. Information is displayed to the best of their knowledge and could be outdated or incorrect. OC360 encourages all Users to verify the given information before taking it into consideration.

In no event will OC360, its directors, employees or Pinnacle Wireless be liable to any User or third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages. OC360 cannot be held responsible for any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with any services that are provided by OC360 or throughout our site. The Terms of Use are subject to change without notice so OC360 asks that its Users frequently review this section for updates.

This is a great site with great intentions. Please remember three final reminders while using the site's services. 1) Be smart, 2) be careful, and 3) have fun!
